Visual Art – Toronto
I'm an acrylic artist originally from Parry Sound, Ontario (a small town on the shores of Georgian Bay, about three hours north of Toronto). However, I now live in and operate out of Brampton, Ontario.
In terms of my artistic style, historically, realism had always been my go-to. Though, over the years, I've tweaked my style to be less traditional and more modern. Colours in my paintings do not transition gradually; each ends abruptly. Which, when viewed as a whole, gives the illusion of smooth gradations. My subject matter varies greatly - from celebrity portraits inspired by famous photographs, to images in nature close to my heart.
