Visual Art – Kansas City

Visual artist, post-industrial musician, occasional prose writer and ninth grade art teacher in KC. I have been getting my hands dirty with creative pursuits as far back as I can remember. I started doing street art in the early 90\'s, and went on to make noise with various underground bands for the next decade. I began painting again in 2001, eventually showing works at Columbia Art League (Columbia, MO), Artless Gallery (Jefferson City), and eventually my own space, Furious Studios (also in Jefferson City). I received my BS in Art Education from Lincoln University in Spring of 2011. The past few years, I have been teaching art to ninth graders in Kansas City. My goal is to enable my students to express their ideas, live responsibly, use resources well, and become more fully actualized people.
