Photography – Los Angeles

When I was about 15 years old, I got my first Hewlett Packard point and shoot camera for Christmas, which was just what I wanted! I remember taking it with me to various places, shooting anything my eye caught interesting. Since then, I knew I\'d love taking photos of anything and everything, whether its portraiture, automobiles, product shots, still life, macro etc. In high school, I was eager to take a couple photography classes, but didn\'t have the proper equipment, so I had to learn from the equipment that was available to me. At the same time, I also took night classes studying graphic design and became fascinated with that art field. After graduating, I became a student at the Art Institute of Hollywood, majoring in graphic design. Using college loans, I was finally able to afford a decent DSLR camera which I needed in graphic design as well. As a former graffiti artist, I loved designing artwork, but photography kept calling my name. Eventually I switched to a Digital Photography major, and I am much happier here then where I once was. I\'m currently studying at the Art Institute, earning my Bachelor\'s Degree.
