Lena La Monaco

My name is Lena La Monaco and I am a Hair Designer, a Hair Colorist, and a self proclaimed envisioner of my craft. The Industry of Beauty has captured my heart. When first starting out I had no idea how much of my life I would devote to determination of being better than I was yesterday. With my focus being hair design, the possibilities are so endless. There is nothing in this world I could see myself doing day to day than working behind my chair making people feel beautiful. From the salon, to runway. From my chair, to shooting nothing has envoked me more than this industry. Early in my career I pursued an extensive back round with Vidal Sassoon where I find a lot of my inspiration comes out in my work along with other great ones. My main focus for being the best I can be is always staying along with the latest trends and techniques to bring back to my amazing clients. Wherever they are I follow from LA to New York Fashion Week my team and I seek out. You can catch some of my work on the runway at a trade show or out to lunch with their friends! I am so blessed to have accomplished what I have already and know there is so much more coming my way. My passion just keeps growing more and more each day for this business and no sign of stopping!!
