Natural wellness and self care are the guiding principles of Longhouse NW Bath and Wellness, her POC cottage industry business. Pals Mushrooms LLC and Longhouse NW LLC appreciate the parallel nature of holistic wellness and sustainable practices. This lifelong love-affair is guided by the interdependent nature of Earth medicines and First Foods fed by Indigenous wisdom. Dedicated to the beloved honor and ancestral blessings of encouraging self-care and wellness, she builds community holistically through Longhouse NW. Longhouse NW LLC, is passionate about self-care as directed by Mother Nature, indigenous wisdom and science. We work to create beautiful natural bath products and sustainability foraged medicines. Jen engages in urban farming and gleaner groups. A food access advocate and equity activist she, works with Zenger Farm as a Community Chef and Community Engagement and Food Access fellow. NAYA Foster Youth contracted, as a Foraging and First Foods Mentor. She encourages Earth based connectivity. Bringing this into action as a foraging mentor to Native Foster youth, marginalized populations, and farmers fueled her passions to continue wildcrafting bath and wellness products as Mother Nature intends.
