This lifelong love-affair is guided by the interdependent nature of Earth medicines and First Foods fed by Indigenous wisdom. Dedicated to the beloved honor and ancestral blessings of encouraging self-care and wellness, she builds community holistically through Longhouse NW.
Longhouse NW LLC, is passionate about self-care as directed by Mother Nature, indigenous wisdom and science. We work to create beautiful natural bath products and sustainability foraged medicines.
Jen engages in urban farming and gleaner groups. A food access advocate and equity activist she, works with Zenger Farm as a Community Chef and Community Engagement and Food Access fellow. NAYA Foster Youth contracted, as a Foraging and First Foods Mentor. She encourages Earth based connectivity. Bringing this into action as a foraging mentor to Native Foster youth, marginalized populations, and farmers fueled her passions to continue wildcrafting bath and wellness products as Mother Nature intends.
