Visual Art – San Antonio
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 26 year old self taught artist. I began exlporing my creativity at a young age by helping my grandmother cook, sew and crafting. I moved to San Antonio to not only to thaw out from Wisconsin cold weather but to expand myself and my art work. I attended the Art Institute of San Antonio for fine arts & fashion design. All was going well until I lost a few family members within the same year, so I decided to take a break from school and work to focus on my physical and mental health. Now I am back! I am apart of the Ameri Coprs program called Public Allies Where I am working with Catholic Charities to help assist the homeless and individuals and families experiencing crisis.
I recently graduated from my first year of service and I am honored to be selected to serve a second year. With second year of Public Allies service I plan on working towards opening my own non profit organizations dedicated to artist and animals.
