Visual Art – Toronto
Art is an integral part of how I define myself. For me, art is the lens through which I view my entire life. Life experiences, geopolitical situations, satire and the depths of my imagination feed my creative process. Painting is my medium of choice. I use acrylic, oil, water and other mixed media in my work. My works are held in private and public collections in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Iceland and Germany. I have exhibited numerous in galleries and shows in Canada and the United States. My most notable shows have been at Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto and the North By North East festival also in Toronto. I\'m striving to expand the reach my art and the story behind it has.
My experiences with depression have presented me with the opportunity to be reborn and reconnect with the artist I was when I was a child. Growing up I would write short stories and illustrate them on my own time. I intend to ride my wave of creativity as far as it will take me.
