Visual Art – Montréal

A career that has an artistic “je ne sais quoi“ From businesswoman to artist After spending the last 15 years, as an expert in change management, process optimization, time management for entrepreneurs. This artist in the soul has always alleviated her creative side with all kinds of projects. A “je ne sais quoi” was missing… Even during her years as a business owner, our artist found the way to create! In parallel with her consulting practice, she has created a publishing house to develop products that have been successful for many years. She's a best selling author on time management. She has been seen on TV, in various interviews also as a private or public speaker. Her love for alcohol-based ink was dazzling and intense. She started producing and from her earliest work, buyers came forward. Since then, she worked on her technique and exploring not only with ink on paper, but also adding on resin and plexiglass. Her career as an artist is recent, but we can already count celebrities of international caliber among the owners of a work signed Bagatelle. Recently, she has accepted commissioned pieces for collectors, mainly business people who want an “je ne sais quoi” to create pieces for the office or home. This self-taught artist feeds her imagination on different techniques. The result is a textured and lively material. Favoring a spontaneous approach, she lets the ink express itself and bloom. Scenes full of sensuality, colors sometimes intense, sometimes soft, but always harmonious. Let the ink speak … it’s collaborating with the colors, releasing the paper … “I marvel at every droplet that falls on the paper. It offers an outbreak that can not be predicted or controlled. And that I love! I dwell on the interaction of the elements that change, depending on the quantity, the repetition of the gesture, the fusion by the heat or the expression of the form that I can model or direct.”
