Discovered and named by Dove/Stellar award winning artist Babbie Mason, NeoSouljah\'s poetry combined with her 5 octave range and vocal stylings that excel in R&B, Jazz, Gospel and of course, Neo Soul have afforded her appearances on stages from Jazz Festivals to church pulpits. This 2x nominated Best Spoken Word Artist [Ohio Hip-Hop Awards] has worked with an array of HBO Def Poets as well as penning spoken word and producing/arranging/performing vocals for various recording artists.
In 2011 Neo hosted the first ever Jam and Poetry session at the nation\'s largest Jazz Festival [Tri-C Jazzfest] with the privilege of performing with World Renowned Grammy award winning Jazz trumpeter Sean Jones. She returned the following year as their official blogger.
