Performing Art – San Diego
Niara is a former NBA dancer and studio owner with over 15 years of teaching experience. She’s directed dance teams of all ages and levels, developed after school dance programs and traveled nationally and abroad as a performer. Since moving to San Diego three years ago, her classes have been featured on abc’s T.V show “The List”, the ‘Beach & Bay Press’, and soon ‘San Diego Magazine’. She currently teaches Contemporary Jazz at the Del Mar Ballet and Adult Hip Hop and Heels classes in Pacific Beach. Her newly created performance group 'Dusk' is an exciting fusion of hip hop, street jazz, burlesque and contemporary jazz.
