Niela Dawn

Niela has been a makeup artist for over 10 years. Her passion for makeup and art began at a young age. She knew she wanted to be a makeup artist in the early 90\'s when she saw Bobbi Brown on the TODAY Show. After being the go-to in high school for her friends, she knew it was her destiny.
