Hey there! I go by Niiru and I'm just your friendly neighborhood, New York City native, tattooer! I'm a proud 90's kid who is really into sharks, pop punk, and illustrations of all sorts. Art, in it's different shapes and forms, has always been my great escape and is the best way I express myself. With an interest in education and painting as my focus, I graduated from Queens College with a B.A. in Studio Arts, followed by becoming an illustration teacher for middle school students. I wanted to continue to share my passion with as many people as possible, inspiring me to become a tattooer! I offer a bunch of different tattooing styles, but my favorites are influenced by American, Japanese, and Neo-Traditional. I love tattooing my own renditions of nerdy/pop culture characters along with my very own original pieces that you might appreciate! Stick around and I hope you fancy some of my work.
