Visual Art – Seattle

As a child I never went anywhere without my cerulean crayon. Every scrap of newsprint, placemat or book that I encountered was quickly covered in blue drawings. I’ve always been driven to create art. Art has been my greatest source of tranquility and new challenges. In college I earned a strong foundation of fine art knowledge and training. I also gained a background in design after becoming intrigued with the intricacies of contemporary visual communication. Now, I work out of my small art studio in Washington state that I share with my Maine Coon Cara. I absolutely love this beautiful state and all it has to offer. When I’m not hiking or designing, I’m creating art. I am an abstract landscape artist. I enjoy using oil pastels and acrylic. I also paint with pigmented beeswax which is a wonderfully spontaneous medium.
