Visual Art – Minneapolis
Nina Riedy was born and raised in Waukesha, WI. After graduating high school, she moved to Minneapolis to pursue a degree in art with a focus on painting at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She then transferred to the University of Minnesota and continued studying art. Her work has been shown at the Scholarship Show in the Quarter Gallery at the University of Minnesota in 2014 and 2015. She has also been published in the University of Minnesota’s Ivory Tower Art and Literature Magazine, 2015 edition. Currently, she has work on display at Kovert Gallery in Minneapolis. Though painting is her primary medium, she experiments with an array of mediums.
