SEA GLASS JEWELRY BY OCEAN EDGE DESIGNS! Wow those who walk by you and those who can't stop staring by sporting your unique and original piece of genuine sea glass jewelry by Ocean Edge Designs! Each piece of jewelry is hand fabricated using fine silver, Argentium Silver and sterling silver in my home studio in Hatboro, PA.
My designs are unique keepsakes that feature vintage, recycled and up cycled items, as well as gemstones and crystals. Found objects are my favorite to incorporate into my designs, such as, genuine vintage surf-tumbled sea glass, beach stones, shells and other natural/raw gems with pure 100% recycled fine metals. My favorite thing to do is to hand sculpt ocean creatures from wire. Other techniques that I use include; various metalwork techniques, casting methods, enameling, precious metal clay and wire wrapping.
My formal education is an MS in Human Organization Science from Villanova University and a BA in Liberal Arts and Human Resource Management from Cabrini University. I am a self taught artist from the Philadelphia, PA area, and I am thrilled to be a part of Raw where we have a community of artists and mentors for us to share the wonderful creations that come from our minds, hearts and souls. RAW gives us the opportunity expand our creative minds while giving us the venue to promote our products as local and worldwide artisans. I really enjoy the opportunity to appreciate, admire and respect the creativity of our fellow artisans, it gives us a chance to assist each other in getting to that next step.
