My name is Pina and I am a 29 year old artist, teacher, creator, and healer. I am so excited to be able to share my work at this show! Originally from NY, I attended Boston University and have my Masters in Education. I lived there for 9 years until I decided to take a leap and move to the west coast on my own, which was the best decision I could have made! I have been a special education teacher for the past 8 years and have always been drawn to different ways to encourage others, be creative and spread love. About 5 years back, I signed up for an acrylic painting class and instantly fell in love! I've been sharing my creations with others ever since. Painting brings me a sense of peace and calm and I like to express that in the types of pieces I create~~ hence the name, Peaceful by Pina!
