Visual Art – Raleigh
I am completely obsessed with experimentation and love using watercolor as my medium because of how hard it is to completely control in a piece of work. I currently use subject matter like moons, highways, mountains and florals in my work in combinations and ways that you wouldn't see in real life--my paintings are landscapes, but not really. Never knowing how something is really going to turn out is what gets me excited about painting every day. Releasing the need to control the end result has been my number one joy in painting from the beginning.
