Katie lives and works in Brooklyn. She graduated with a degree in Theatrical Production Arts from Ithaca College in 2010, and is a freelance scenic artist. She freelances throughout the city, surrounding areas and often travels to work in other states. Traveling for work has given her ample opportunities for plein air sketching! Between other theatre gigs Katie teaches scene painting at Montclair State University and spends much of the remainder of her time watercoloring.
