Saloni Kalkat

For me, joy is embodied in the oily touch of paint to a cotton canvas. I am a visual artist from the San Francisco Bay Area, pursuing a BA in Art and Media Studies at Scripps College in Southern California. I have been studying acrylic, oil, and watercolor painting for the last 6 years; my main area of expertise is portraiture. When I'm not making art you can find me traveling with family, playing guitar, or laughing too loudly with friends.
