Visual Art – San Diego

I am a contemporary artist in San Diego currently obtaining Associate’s Art degree at Grossmont College currently, and plans to obtain her Bachelor’s through SDSU in the upcoming two years. I like to express myself through charcoal and painting mediums, but I also like to experiment & extend my work into the 3D realm in various mediums from collage and poetry to clothing and sculpture. Because art is my rawest form of self-expression, there is often a motif of identity. I favor abstract as my primary style because I lead with intuition and feeling rather than thought. My favorite influences include Pablo Picasso, Joan Mitchell, Jenny Holzer, Vanessa Beecroft and Gerhard Richter.
