Shelby creates artwork that focuses on themes around identity, femininity, existentialism, politics, and all things grotesque and beautiful using any medium she can get her hands on. She is deeply inspired by travel and culture. She is influenced by the many faces and spaces she encounters and believes that art has a purpose and it's purpose to make peoples lives better.
