From a basement in New Jersey to new LA digs, States & Capitals is a project by 20-year old Richie Arthur. For the past year and a half, Richie has been tucked away in a home studio in Los Angeles, California crafting an Alternative sound. Finished demos sent Richie on a trip to Nashville, TN to work with Jonathan Roye (Owl City, Kelsea Ballerini, Forever The Sickest Kids). The result would be a self-produced debut EP, a collaborative effort between Richie, Jon, and Jake Antelis (mix/master).
“CREATIONS & MEMORIES,” by States & Capitals is a five-song introduction featuring lead single, “Drive.”
The band let go of “Drive” on August 4, 2017, before a string of local/regional LA shows set to play out in August and early September.
States & Capitals have previously shared the stage with Cash Cash, Pvris, Safetysuit, Cassadee Pope, The Ready Set, The Summer Set, Handsome Ghosts, and Call Me Karizma.
