Visual Art – Pittsburgh
From a young age I have always harbored the urge to create. Whether it be sewing homemade dresses, sketching out botanical drawings, or glazing endless pottery pieces that littered my parents' house all throughout high school, I've come to realize there is no greater sense of happiness than seeing a physical manifestation of my passion come to fruition.
With that in mind, when I first was introduced to macrame , I knew I wanted to try and make pieces that I could share with other people. The bohemian style of each piece serves to create a relaxed aesthetic as well as a sense of peace thanks to the neutral colors and organic vibe of the wooden accents. With each piece, from plant hanger, wall hanging, and anything in between, I hope to bring a little of my happiness into my customers' homes.
