Tevin H Neely is a visual artist from Jacksonville, NC. Tevin began his journey into becoming a creative at the age of 9. Through his journey, Tevin explored many styles and mediums, eventually leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina Central University in 2013. Tevin is inspired by Bill Watterson the creator of Calvin and Hobbes, and hopes to one day have a comic strip to touch the hearts of people.
