The Filthy Violets are a unique blend of Rock, with heavy beats, delicate melodies, and witty lyrics, producing a fresh yet nostalgic soundscape. TFV's music is delightfully filthy, marrying gritty tones with timeless melodies and thoughtfully composed arrangements.
These San Diego residents met in October 2010, and have been gifted with the kind of natural synergy that usually takes years for a band to develop.
Jesse Lafica (rhythm guitar/vox), Jeremiah Lafica (lead guitar), Cesar Canjura (bass), and Timothy Sams (drums) are the four Filthy 'mates. Though they are a new band in a hungry industry, they have big plans to make their music heard around the world.
