A two-man band from the burbs of Sydney .
Mates growing up, SUPA SLIMS was a working title given to the umbrella of music that members Briar Blundell and Jake Jamieson worked on. Living in different states, music was exchanged through email, messenger and dodgy phone voice memos.
Working with local producer and host of 2RRR breaking bands "Gemma Lipman" a demo session towards the end of 2017 turned those voice memos into a small group of songs. After much digital deliberating and email back and forths, the latest songs were recorded in UNSW studios in autumn of 2018.
