The Soul Echo

My name is Steph and I'm a Brisbane based blogger and photographer. I'm constantly inspired by both the beauty and depth of the written word, the way it can ignite feelings and stir emotions. I'm also curiously fascinated by people, landscapes and playing with light - which is where my fierce love of photography comes in. And then, when the two combine in beautiful artistic synchronicity, it is pure joy + heaven. My love for photography and the ability to freeze a fleeting moment in time is insatiable, and was sparked at age 9 when I received my first ever camera. In my late teens I saved up to purchase my first DSLR, where I continued to practice and learn through my creative experiments. The love has only continued to blossom... What is The Soul Echo? The radiating energy of our soul, that is a reflection of the unique beings we are. An interpretation of how I imagine our divine energy is shared amongst the universe, the world, the people in our lives. Like the way sounds transform over space and time, we do too through all of life's beautiful + tragic experiences. An all encompassing title to symbolise positive energy, playfulness, honesty, humour, creativity, inspiration and the encouragement to dream.
