Visual Art – Houston
Hello! my name is Thanh Nguyen, otherwise known as TianMasaki. I am an illustrator and graphic designer and I involve myself in various traditional and digital media in my work.
Art has always been my friend ever since I was a young kid. I explored varieties of art medium between tradition and digital media. My childhood has always been involved in 2D animation art like the Japanese and American’s cartoon, then later on surrealism and modernism. My relationship with art through my eyes can be very open yet complicate, just like how the real world function. My style of art can’t be described in one word. It has the hint of modernism blending in with surrealism in the surface, black and white cartoon style with complex detail oriented texture, or even just plain simple with geometric, happy color shapes background.
