My name is Tosha and I am a Freelanced Makeup Artist based in Atlanta. I have been doing make up since 2009. I specialize in Beauty and SFX makeup. I aspire to moe to LA to further my career as a SFX artist in television and film. I am all about making women feel beautiful by simply getting Touched By Tosha, despising the word \"beat\" in the beauty industry, I felt Touched was a better word to describe my artsitry. Getting TOUCHED is an experience, I enhance beauty and my mission is to make women appreciate their beauty just as much as I do.
