Ubiquity Creations is a Detroit-based handmade jewelry company that has a meaning deeper than just beads woven together by fishing line: it was, and still is, my weapon of choice to battle against my chronic, autoimmune illnesses. After years of surgeries, medical tests, grinding agony, an inability to work or function normally and countless doctors' visits, Ubiquity was born out of a desire to use my pain as a catalyst of strength, self-love/acceptance, hope, and awareness for fellow sufferers of all chronic illnesses.
When I'm not beading or seeking out inspiration for future pieces, you can find me daydreaming about all the delicious food I want to eat, obsessing over my cats, gaming, loving on my hubby, teaching ESL, and a myriad of bizarre things I happen to be into at the time.
