VIVISECT is a collaboration between pathologist, Raina Flores M.D., and photographer, Diego Flores. Through their images these siblings explore the intricacies of the human body at the microscopic level. Their images, not to be mistaken for mere representations of the human body, are manipulations of real human tissues photographed through a microscope. VIVISECT revels in the structures, textures, landscapes, detail, and beauty of the human body that is hidden from the naked eye.
