Visual Art – Austin
As an artist I have explored every medium I could get my hands on. At the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I experimented with everything from painting, photography, sculpture, blacksmithing, installation, street art, and showed everywhere from my friend\'s basement to Nicole Miller and Nordstrom. In Austin, I fell in love with ENchanted Forest and the artists there, learned carpentry, and through the love of video games and a broken arm, discovered digital art. And although the Cintiq is a beautiful machine and the ability to make creatures come to life in a digital format will always be an obsesssion, getting paint and sawdust all over my scraped hands is when I feel the most alive, and hearing people\'s interpretations of the images I\'ve created is the fuel for my creativity.
