Visual Art – Denver
I am a Denver native, and a proud graduate of Manual HS & Denver School of the Arts. I attained my BFA in 3D Animation (2009) from the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design.
In 2008, I won a nationwide "Punk My Chuck" contest (sponsored by Converse/Eastbay) to design a Chuck Taylor. Since the contest, I fell in love with making hand-drawn/painted custom shoes. My custom work was been seen on KWGN "Colorado's Everyday Show" and KDVR's "Good Day Colorado". In 2011, I was commissioned by Converse to be their guest artist in a nation-wide give-away for DSW Shoe Warehouse.
I love the challenge of designing art for everyday objects. With this in mind, my body of work has naturally progressed to hats, women's heels, snowboards, volleyballs, and body painting.
