You bought tickets, but stuff happens. Don't worry, we're here to help.
Canceled or Rescheduled Events
In either case, we'll alert you ASAP via the email address you provided during the ticket purchase.
If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.
If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP via the email address you provided at purchase. Can't make a rescheduled event? Email us at tickets[at]rawartists.org and we will be happy to accommodate a refund or an exchange for another show.
Tickets are non-refundable, unless a showcase has been cancelled, postponed, moved, and/or the artist you are supporting is no longer participating. Tickets are, however, transferable. If you'd like to transfer your ticket to another guest or show, please contact us at tickets[at]RAWartists.org
Refunds are not provided for late arrival to an event.
