All of this has made me worldly and I love learning about other cultures, especially seeing their art and architecture. Since discovering my penchant for creating art over a decade ago I have seldom been seen without a paint brush in hand. I think seeing so many different types of cultures, plants, and places growing up really stayed in my mind and fuels me to create some of the beauty I have seen in the world today. I enjoy experimenting with new techniques all the time as I feel it keeps my art fresh and fills it with a sense of wonder and learning. Recently I have discovered pour painting and using more texture in my art. I also love using water with acrylic paints to create a watercolor feel in some pieces, and look forward to trying mixed media art more soon. I love the idea that art is a never ending journey of new discoveries.
