Visual Art – Boston
I’m a Boston-based illustrator and recent graduate of the Art institute of Boston at Lesley University, where I work as a teacher’s assistant for classes Natural History Drawing and Book Illustration.
I’ve always had an unresolved interest in the weird and strange, and how we as people relate to these concepts. Where some find an eerie comfort in the macabre, others find discomfort and restraint. I’d like to recreate a sense of the allure I find in the odd for the viewer who would otherwise shy away. This often overlaps with other subjects of intrigue like mythology, lore and science.
