Cara Dunning Art

Cara Dunning studied painting and printmaking at the University of South Florida College of Art and Design and worked as a contract artist for Disney for ten years. She has shown her work in numerous galleries from New Mexico to Florida to Chicago. She is currently living and working in one of the Artspace lofts. A project that gives artists Live/Work spaces to develop their craft. The bulk of Cara Dunning\'s work is concerned with the female identity in modern culture. She strives to shift and challenge the consciousness and perception of beauty. She enjoys creating an iconic image out of women in all of her work. She draws her inspiration from anime, classic paintings, modern fashion photography, and graphic art and illustration.
