Cecilia Rinn, Full Tilt Belly Dance & The Starbely Dancers

Cecilia has performed as a featured dancer across the country. Cecilia embodies the passion & joy of belly dance. She loves to share that joy by bringing entertaining, professional, traditional Oriental belly dance to a multitude of celebrations. Cecilia is sought after instructor, and teaches classes and workshops both locally (Boise, Idaho) and nationally with her belly dance school “StarBelly School of Dance” including her student/mentored group the “The Starbelly Dancers”. The 2012 Starbelly Dancers are-Maddy, Ashley Rose, Valerie, Amanda, Mary, Jasmine, Kayla & Chad Cecilia works with the best belly dance talent in Idaho under the title “Full Tilt Belly Dance” Full Tilt Belly dance is a group of professional belly dancers from the Boise, Idaho area. Specializing in traditional belly dance, the primary members are Cecilia and Chandani. Along with belly dancing, Cecilia is an award-winning, filmmaker & graphic artist with her production company Full Tilt Boogie L.L.C. “BELLY: Sensual, Scarred, Sacred”, Cecilia’s feature documentary about belly dancers, toured country after a successful premiere at the 2008 Idaho International Film festival.
