Chel

Chel is a self taught artist based in Byron Bay, Australia. A natural progression led Chel from painting and sketching as a child to work as an illustrator/tattooist as an adult. She has spent the past 15 years travelling, studying and practising her art and hopes to continue learning and expanding her abilities in the years to come.
