Clock\'s Magic Bandits

Clock\'s Magic Bandits is a genre-bending, forward thinking music project which draws considerable influence from European folk music, electronic music, and classic video game soundtracks. A typical set may include light-speed reworkings of classic gypsy swing standards, Aphex Twin covers, references to 60\'s soul and funk, and original pieces which utilize a variety of elements usually found in contemporary jazz and Bulgarian music. This exciting juxtaposition of traditional folk influence from around the world with a futuristic, digital spirit makes for a memorable performance that never sits in one place long enough to get predictable. Led by guitarist Alex Miller, the group currently performs as a trio based in and around the Reno area, and is constantly working on new material.
