Danika Kristine

I am an artist. I spend most of my time turning blank objects into illustrative doodle lists, oily, whimsy painted creatures, and sewing lovely scented stuffed beings. I indulge myself into the memory pools of my childhood daydreams of when I grew up traveling all around the United States where my mind wandered off into magical forests unknown, swam with mermaids in the deep, blue sea and watched many sunsets that looked like sherbet ice-cream melting within the sky. I am very passionate about embracing the human body for what it is, curious of the world and traveling everywhere still, and extremely inspired by doing what makes one happy-whatever it may be. And above all things, I believe fully in forces called love and magic. My illustrations, ceramics, and paintings have appeared at large events, such as Coachella Music and Arts Festival, to small art shows frequented in the Bay Area, California to where I currently reside.
