Desirae Sawyer

Growing up, my mother never wanted for me to wear much makeup, so when I turned 18 I was introduced to this whole new exciting world of color, beauty, and I knew I had to be apart of it! I began my studies in Cosmetology school, then was awarded a Scholarship to Aesthetic School to study makeup and become a makeup artist. I worked three years in a well known Arizona Salon and Day spa as a makeup artist, where I was able to obtain much knowledge on custom blending and color matching. I also have had the privilege of being the makeup artist for many brides on their wedding day and seniors going to their first prom, as well as a participating makeup artist for fashion shows and Photo shoots. I have also been the makeup artist on set for some local independent short films, Halloween fashion shows, and worked with some amazing photographers and models for different photo shoots. I love to do more editorial work, I find it edgy, glamorous and fun to do! But I also prefer the classic look of Pin up. I have also dabbled in the special effects area of makeup and would love to get more into that. I enjoy and thrive off of the fast paced work environment of a fashion show, on set of a film and or photo shoot. I am hoping to meet new contacts, and gain more experience!
