Visual Art – Miami
I remember watching Audrey Hepburn waltz across the screen in Roman Holiday, and ever since then I’ve been in love with fashion. I grew up within a family of hair-stylists, designers, and dressmakers, from whom I have drawn much of my inspiration.
My current body of work incorporates elements of fashion from the early 1900’s to modern-day trends. The dresses are compilations of my favorite designs, many of which are my own. I love exploring the contrast between elements of light and dark, form and color, and the various textures of the acrylic mediums I use. Fashion trends come and go, but the right dress at the right moment is forever
