Photography – Boston

I am passionate about the art of street photography and my approach is steeped in the skills of observation. My works typically capture a Decisive Moment, make social commentary, or find irony and humor in daily life. I try to keep a keen eye for composition and a photo-journalistic style, allowing circumstance and my muse to inspire me to create art- regardless of the subject. During my street shoots I like to utilize lines, geometric shapes, patterns, and plays of lights and shadows to to create beautifully composed, crisp works, creating art out of buildings, landscapes, and everyday life. I am inspired by greats like Henri-Cartier-Bresson, Robert Frank, Elliott Erwitt, Diane Arbus and Walker Evans.
