I am the mother of a 5 yr. old boy, who has searched high and low for cool boy’s clothes. It has been very frustrating to walk into stores, and find racks upon racks of cute girl’s clothes, but it’s simply slim pickin\'s for the boys. I consider my kid pretty radical, and already has a flair for fashion so smiley puppies and bears in baseball suits ain’t gonna cut it. I felt it was about time; if I can’t find it, then I\'ll just have to design it! Clothes for the edgy kids!! DuckyMosh utilizes upcycled materials. We believe that far too many reusable materials end up thrown out. I shop second hand stores to find quality items, gently worn if worn at all, and put my DuckyMosh spin on them. I feel that it is our obligation to be involved in the Green Movement, and to recycle/reuse whenever we can. I also try to stay true to the punk movement. Punk is all about buying second hand and refashioning something out of nothing. Punk is raw and edgy, and knows no bounds. It’s the lack of perfect craftsmanship that makes an item punk.Punk is not cookie cutter, it’s about one of a kind handmade/altered statement pieces.
