Emma Rumble

Emma Rumble is a singer-songwriter residing in Brisbane, Australia. Currently studying a Bachelor of Music at QUT, she is immersed in incredible talent which is inspiring her to write and collaborate and pushing her to expand her abilities. Live, Emma plays acoustic guitar and sings, her sound being a mix of light folk/ acoustic indie. Her musical style is currently developing; her songs now are purely sweet melodies and acoustic guitar parts whereas she would like to start moving toward a London Grammar/Alt-J/The Strange Boys sound - reverb, electric guitar and dreamy vocals. Emma has played at many festivals, restaurants and events and has won the ‘Young Achiever Award’ from Schultz-Toomey O’Brien Lawyers and Hot 91 along with winning the overall Faculty Award for the Arts at her high school. She is also a classically trained pianist. Emma has her sights set on releasing an EP toward the end of 2015.
