Gaiten Howard

My name is Gaiten Howard and I am a 23-year-old photography student at the University of New Orleans. This December I graduate with a Bachelors of Fine Arts and a concentration in photography. This past March I entered three photographs into the exhibition “AIZEN: Southern Women at Work,” held at the University of New Orleans. I was the only undergraduate student and youngest contestant, and I was awarded first place for my photographs. Before moving to New Orleans two years ago I lived in Boston, where I worked on my digital photography portfolio. Since leaving Boston my main focus has been film photography, which I plan to continue working with in the future.
