Visual Art – Perth
Holly O'Meehan is a Fremantle based visual artist whose current art practice explores the gentle honesty of the hand made, examining the stereotypes of Craft versus Art in contemporary society. With particular focus on combining traditional craft techniques, these hand crafted explorations attempt to blur the lines between the functionality of a Crafted object and the lack of functionality in Artworks. Holly O’Meehan graduated in 2013 with a BA in Fine Art and Art & Design from Curtin University, Perth.
