Fashion – Honolulu
My name is Taleah Smith, and I am the owner and designer of Indigo Sage, a sustainable clothing brand from the Big Island of Hawaii. My company combines two of my lifelong passions: design and an earth-conscious lifestyle. I have been making wearable creations for the majority of my life. I love all art forms, but am especially drawn to the textile arts: sewing, weaving, knitting, crocheting, felting, millinery, bead working, silk painting, silkscreening, and shibori dyeing. I also strive to live a sustainable lifestyle, and feel that this is an important and essential component of my business and design process.
