Jacob Ryan-McInally

I am 18 years old and currently in first year Uni studying Fine Art and working part time. I have always had a love for mark making whether it be on paper or another surface. I have been drawing since I could pick up a pen and I never want to stop. Creating is something I can\'t turn off and my drive to create is endless. I am fascinated with the application of paint and how versatile it is and how it works with other mediums. My concepts vary but I have found I always come back to ideas around power, death, dying, control, dreams and our connection with people. I\'m at a point in my life where I want to be able to exhibit my work alongside other artists and let people appreciate it or not.
